Malaysia’s ATMs to be equipped with Dye Bombs
Blog — atMalaysia’s Bank Negara is planning to equip all ATMs in the country with Dye Bombs that will stain cash notes in the ATM once it detects that there is a break-in attempt. The notes once stained, are supposed to be easily identifiable and thus prevent the perpetrators from using them. Do you think this is a good way to prevent ATM thefts?
