Integrated Power Supply

Fitted with internal multi-socket power distribution units (PDU) compliant with Singapore/UK Type G standards, allowing you to charge multiple batteries simultaneously.

Automatic Power Severance

If the internal multi-sensor detects a critical temperature spike (60°C), the system instantly cuts all charging power to the internal sockets to prevent further thermal escalation.

Overvoltage Protection

Internal charging strips feature strict overvoltage protection, shielding sensitive lithium-ion cells from grid surges and localized short circuits.

Continuous Heat Extraction

Active charging generates heavy thermal loads. The cabinet connects to standard DN100 extraction systems (30 m³/h minimum flow) to continuously cycle out dangerous heat during the charging cycle.

Thermal Runaway

When an NMC battery enters thermal runaway, internal temperatures may exceed 1000°C in seconds. Standard storage cabinets and sprinklers cannot contain nor extinguish lithium-ion chemical fires. They spread exponentially, causing multi-unit propagation.
